When purchasing your personalized package, it is your responsibility to keep all appointments in order. If you miss more than 2 weeks, that session is then voided. You will need to pay for any missed appointments at market price. Products and retail items ordered for your package are final.
Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund policy
- Must initiate return with in 7 days of purchase
- Return only if wrong product purchased. No refund for incorrect sizes or if product has been worn or used. Must be returned in original condition. Teas, lotions, oils, and sweat creams are non refundable.
- To initiate return, please call or email Day Sevyn Enterprise before the 7th day of purchase. All sales are final unless wrong product has been purchased. Item must be returned and received by day sevyn enterprise to receive refund.
- Refund will go back to the card originally used for purchase. This usually takes up to 7 days.
