Terms and Conditions

When purchasing your personalized package, all appointments within the package must be prebooked. You may reschedule one appointment in the package and have it moved to the end of the series without a fee. A credit card authorization agreement will be emailed out to you at the time of booking. A credit card must be saved on file for all pre booked appointments.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds or trades with products. All retail items are final sale

Cancellations: You must cancel your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment. Late Cancellations will result in a $35 late fee after the 15 min grace period.

NO CALL NO SHOW: Full payment will be charged to the card on file for the full amount of the service and you will no longer be able to book any services
